UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Tuesday’s trading session higher by 37.15 points (0.88%) at 4,216.15 points.

A total of 361.75 million shares were exchanged during the session at a value of AED 595.98 million.

Emaar Properties registered the highest turnover of AED 99.35 million, while Shuaa Capital was the most active stock with 123.43 million shares.

National International Holding topped the gainers with 15%, whereas Emirates Investment Bank headed the decliners with 10%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) retreated by 0.482% to 9,234.22 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 992.18 million through the exchange of 309.21 million shares, while the market cap value hit AED 2.81 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 184.99 million, whereas Eshraq Investments dominated the trading volume with 59.96 million shares.

Hayah Insurance Company advanced the risers with 6%, while Apex Investment led the falling companies with 3.41%.
